Directly under the bust was crystal beading that led to a striking black belt. There were over sized floral appliques that cascaded down the full skirt and made it billow out on the left side. It was simply gorgeous and I knew that I had to have it. I really liked that I was able to get free shipping too because a lot of the other sites had pretty expensive shipping.
