If your order is in stock and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification email within one business day (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) with tracking information.

For back ordered or pre-order dresses, we will contact you within one business day (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping

All shipped orders include a tracking number. Orders over $100 will include signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.

For international orders shipped using USPS, please note that the tracking number may change once the package reaches your country. We recommend checking with your local post office for delivery updates.

Returns and refunds are processed within one business day of receiving the returned items. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your bank account, depending upon the bank.

Canceled Orders
